The below terms and conditions set out your rights,  understanding and obligations with respect to your use of the Lampstand Communication Book Shop. You are about to purchase one of our products on Amazon. Your placement of a book order at Amazon constitutes your agreement that the below terms and conditions apply to the order or purchase at Amazon.

  • Pricing
    Book Shop uses smart buy buttons. When you click a button, you’ll be taken straight to your local Amazon store, where you’ll see:
    The price in your own currency.
    – Any discounts or promotions Amazon is running in your region.
    – This ensures you always see the most up-to-date and accurate price for both the product and shipping.
  • Shipping Physical Products
    Sign in (or create an Amazon account) and the latest shipping price will appear, tailored to your location and postcode.
  • Purchases
    You are not purchasing directly from Lampstand Communication. All transactions are completed through Amazon’s website.
  • Currency & Kindle and Paperback Buttons
    – Once redirected to your local Amazon site, prices will automatically display in your national currency.
    – Our smart buy buttons ensure you are taken to the correct Amazon store for your region.
  • Amazon Account
    To purchase Kindle or Paperback editions, you may need to create or sign in to an existing Amazon account.
  • Payments
    Lampstand Communication does not process or charge your credit card. All payments are securely handled by Amazon.

  • Returns Policy
    All purchases made through the Lampstand Communication Book Shop are processed via Amazon. As such, Amazon’s return policies apply to your order:
    Physical Books
    – Amazon Australia offers a standard 30-day return window for most physical books.
    – To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
    – Returns for “change of mind” are accepted, and refunds are processed by Amazon once the item is received back.
    Kindle eBooks
    – Kindle eBooks purchased through Amazon may be returned within 7 days of purchase, typically for accidental orders.
    – Refunds are initiated through the Manage Your Content and Devices section of your Amazon account or by contacting Amazon Customer Service directly.
    – Please note: if a customer has a high rate of eBook returns, self-service refunds may be unavailable and must go through Amazon support.
  • Important Notes
    – Lampstand Communication does not process returns or refunds directly. All requests must be handled via your local Amazon website.
    – Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
