. Looking at Genesis 3:1-6 and Romans 3:23, it clearly defines for us what was the outcome of the response of Adam and Eve in the garden to the voice of the serpent. Mind you I use the word “was” and it is deliberate which I will explain as you read on. Luke in his Genealogical record shows in verse 38 of Luke 3, that Adam “was the son of God”.
That is only after the fall. Meaning he was once a son of God or better still, had a Father and son relationship, and that was when he was in the Garden exercising his dominion mandate, as the word says “Genesis.1:26 .And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Those who stay with the teachings of Christ secure the presence of both the Father and the Son: And if you lose one, you do not have the other either. (Principles for Man’s Journey Back to Eden by David O. Ogaga)
Thus; you secure the presence of the Father and the Son by way of being their abode, a habitation; “he dwelleth in God, and God in him”; Furthermore, this abiding presence of both the Father and the Son in the one that keep to His teachings produces a communal fellowship, resulting in the Elohim society in and on the Earth, “We will come unto them, and make our abode with them”. Jesus said’. So, we can see that, staying with the very teachings of Christ, not just about the person of Christ and His power only, will bring to pass a clear statement of prophecy, Rev 21:3-4. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
