Thankfulness and Gratitude

Thankfulness and gratitude are prerequisite’s for multiplication, 2 Corinthians 4:15 for all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.
In your translation it might say abound. The word abound in this verse is the greek word 4052. perisseuo, which means to greatly multiply in quantity and quality. Being grateful is a quality of heart that emits a signal into the kingdom of God that releases abundance. No matter what circumstances you are in, there is reason to be thankful, and this thankfulness needs to be constantly expressed through you.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Being thankful opens up a supply line into your life for greater things, it furnishes a channel a corridor with which the Lord can out of His abundance bring profusion into our lives.
The New Age Movement understand that emotions, thoughts, words releases through us power, a vibration of life or death in the form of power, color, sound smell, this energy provides the material with which a supply line is opened up in the spirit realm.
You furnish the material the spirit world needs to either bring good or evil into your lives. Being a Christians does not automatically release you from the responsibility and consequences of wrong heart attitudes. It is your thoughts and attitudes that create your own personal world.
Correct thinking… Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:
What blessings should we acknowledge God for ?
Over two thirds of the world went to bed last night hungry. You have so much to be thankful for. This should make your heart glad with continuous expressions of thankfulness. If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep … you are richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world’s wealthy.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were they thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Gratitude is a quality that so few these days possess and as a result their lives are meaningless and unfruitful. Gratitude is a very powerful force in ones life, it has the power of transformation inherent in it.
